DSS Level 2 Axle Set 1995-2004 Cavalier/Sunfire

Driveshaft shop has designed these Level 2 axles to handle 300HP. The system consists of both axles with 4340 double tempered 32 spline center bars (stock is 29), the outer cv is 8620 and carburized for an extra shot of strength and the inner ends that have been normalized, specially re-heat treated, de-stressed and tempered. These units are a superior axle to stock and will do the job. Available in both early and late designs (price listed is for both left and right axles). All motor sizes use the same axles (DSS) for these years. Take it to the next level with The Driveshaft Shop!
