The new HKS EVC (electronic valve controller) is the ultimate in electronic boost control technology. The EVC system integrates features that have never been seen on the consumer market and are virtually unmatched by any competitor. The whole system is designed around HKS's state of the art stepper motor unit that allows for multiple levels of incremental boost gain and control, something that can never be duplicated with the on/off solenoid used by your factory ECU and many other aftermarket brands. This system ensures smoother response with more top end boost stability and high RPM control for more power without spikes or stutters. The new boost mapping feature will let you tune RPM, speed and throttle based boost curves to dial in the best boost for your application and driving style. The EVC can be programmed using the digital backlit display or with your laptop computer and the optional Easy Writer software, available separately below.
