Original equipment rubber bushings were never designed to handle the increased loads that a lowered truck puts on it's suspension. Energy's polyurethane bushings are full floating and non-binding, allowing proper weight transfer and full suspension travel. The results are improved handling without the mushy or floating feel that rubber bushings give.
Hyper-Flex polyurethane is not susceptible to most of the elements that destroy your rubber bushings. Leaking vehicle chemicals, ultraviolet rays, and fluid spills have no effect on it. They can resist the dynamic forces that your lowered vehicle can put on stock rubber bushings without stress.
