Greddy Type R Blow Off Valve

This is one of the best blow off valves to run higher than moderate boost on. The basic design behind a blow off valve is to eliminate compressor surge and extend the life of a turbo charger. The Greddy Type R Blow Off Valve is designed to operate between 14 and 30+ pounds of boost.

This blow off valve is made of a durable cast and billet aluminum frame. The part that makes the Greddy Type R work so well is that their valve to diaphragm ratio provide such a close aspect ratio, that they work very well together at high boost pressures. This is not a cheap piston actuated blow off valve that will leak above 25 pounds of boost!

The adjustment screw on the top of the blow off valve is easily actuated with two small wrenches and can be easily adjusted for the proper amount of stiffness needed to be applied on the spring inside. This allows for easy adjustment depending on the users desired amount of boost and tuning of the car at that boost level.
