These new bolt-in coils are designed with improved materials and windings to produce a stronger spark. This improved spark helps burn the fuel mixture more efficiently resulting in a smooth idle and improved mid range rpm power.

PLEASE NOTE: MITSUBISHI USED 2 DIFFERENT TYPES OF CONNECTIONS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR STYLE OF CONNECTOR BEFORE ORDERING!

95-early 96 models used the round pin
later 96 and up all used flat pin

MSD only offers these in flat pin now. If you have an early model you will have to cut your plug and swap over to a flat pin plug in order to use these coil packs.
